evalITR: Evaluating Individualized Treatment Rules

Provides various statistical methods for evaluating Individualized Treatment Rules under randomized data. The provided metrics include Population Average Value (PAV), Population Average Prescription Effect (PAPE), Area Under Prescription Effect Curve (AUPEC).
