SeerMapperEast - Release 1.2.5 - January 8, 2021

Initial release of SeerMapperEast supplemental U. S. census tract boundary data
for use with the SeerMapper package.  This package contains
the U. S. census tract boundaries for any state east of the Mississippi
River that does not contain a U. S. Seer Area.

Release 1.2.2 - June 8, 2020

Moved the census tract data for NY, MA, ID, IO and WI from the East and West boundary packages to the Regs package.
Added the census tract data for Puerto Rico.

Release 1.2.3 - June 17, 2020
