SeerMapper2010West - Release 1.2.5 - January 8, 2021

Initial release of SeerMapper2010West supplemental U. S. 2010 census tract boundary data
for use with the SeerMapper package.  This package contains
the U. S. 2010 census tract boundaries for any state west of the Mississippi
River that does not contain a U. S. Seer Area.

Release 1.2.2 - June 8, 2020

Moved the census tract data for NY, MA, ID, IO and WI from the East and West boundary packages to the Regs package.
